Kaizen Technologies Inc is approved by NJ Department of Education /Labor & Workforce Development (WDP/WIA) as a Private Vocational School. We do the Basic and Advanced Training Program thereby enable the eligible individuals to acquire the knowledge required to pursue their professional careers thus helping the employers find the skilled workers to succeed in their business. Programs are designed to leverage strategic advantages for all businesses both large and small. The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) administers federal government job training and worker dislocation programs, federal grants to states for public employment service programs, and unemployment insurance benefits. These services are primarily provided through state and local workforce development systems and a few approved vocational schools like us.
The Adult and Dislocated Worker Program, under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, is designed to provide quality employment and training services to assist eligible individuals in finding a job and train the aspirant individuals for a meaningful employment. Kaizen also helps employers find skilled workers they need to compete and succeed in their respective businesses.
